Chapter : 1


(It is a work day in the office of ReungRit in the car selling company him
and his family owned)

Rit: Prang, could you come in my office?

Prang: Yes sir
(He comes into his bosses office)
Rit: This article you wrote look like chicken scratches. Nevermind, chickens
can do better. Go and redo it, that's what's computers are for.

Prang: Yes sir and here's your coffee.
(As he hands it his hand hit it and the coffee spilled all over Rit's desk)
Rit: Look what you've done. Why are you so clumsy?!?
Prang: I'll clean it up.
(When wiping the desk,Prang dropped all the papers on his bosses desk)
Rit: It's okay I'll clean it up. You'll just make a bigger mess.
(Prang goes out looking sad)
Meanwhile...

(KaiNika and her best friend ChanLita were cruising on the freeway in Kai's
red convertible.)

Kai: Whoo Hoo! Isn't this fun?

Lita: Whoa!. You should slow down a little Kai.

Kai: Why, it's fun going fast.
(Then suddenly the car started breaking down. Kai pulled up to the curb)
Lita: What's wrong with it?

Kai: I don't know. Why does it have to break down now?

Lita: huh, and we don't know how to fix it either.

Kai: Wait up. Lemme go and see what's wrong.
(She went to open the hood)

Kai:I don't know.

Lita: Call for help.

Kai: Forget it a car is coming.
(A black car pulled up next to them)
Visnook: Hey, you girls need some help?

Kai: Yeah, my car broke down

Visnook: lemme see.
(He stepped out to see the car)
(Lita was astounded by his good looks)
Lita: So what's wrong with it?

Visnook: There's no problem. Your tire just busted that's all.

Kai: Oh.
(He changed the tire for them)
Lita: Thank you.

Kai: Yeah what a gentlemen you are.

Visnook: It's okay. Okay, nice meeting you girls, bye.

Kai and Lita: bye!

Back in Rit's offfice....

(Knock Knock)

Rit: Come in.
(Visnook walks in)
Rit: Oh, it's you. You should've been here an hour ago.

Visnook: I know, man, but i had to help some girls on the way here.

Rit: Why? What happened?

Visnook: They're tire needed to be changed, that's all. And one of them was
fine! There was two of them, you know.

Rit: I got other things to worry about, anyways.

Visnook: Is it Prang again.

Rit: He justs gets clumsier everyday. I think I should hire a new secretary.

Visnook: You should. Damn!!

Rit: What?

Visnook: I forgot to ask her what her name was.

Rit: Damn, Visnook, when are you gonna stop being a player?

(Kai and Lita were on their way home)

Kai: Huh, that guy was nice.

Lita: Yeah he was

Kai: Hey, Lita could you treat me to some food. I'm hungry!

Lita: Kai, when are you gonna find a new job?

Kai: I don't know. But in the meantime could you pay this time?

Lita: Sure whatever, but you better get a new job. I can't pay for you
everytime.

Kai: Okay, okay. I will.

(Prang is at home watching t.v. He holds a lottery ticket in his hand.)

Prang: Come on, lucky number.

The tv.: numbers 8...4...and number....2!

Prang: Huh! This is my number!
(He jumped all over the place, yelling)
Prang: I can't believe it! Whoo hoo!

Prang: Mom, dad I won the lottery. No more livin poor!

Prang's mom: Really?!?
(Their family hugged eachother)

(Kai and Lita were at a Restaurant)

Lita: Kai, eat slowly. That meat is hot.
(without listening to LIta, Kai talked and ate)
Kai: I wonder where to find a job.
(She put a shrimp in her mouth)
Kai: Ow! Ow! ooh, it's hot!

Lita: Told you

Kai: Ooh, my mouth is burning!
(people are starring at them)
Lita: Kai, people are looking, could you be a little quieter?

Kai: What? What are you guys starring at??
(The people look away)

(The next morning at Rit's company...Rit came into his office to see Prang
packing his things)

Rit: Prang, where are you going?

Prang: Mr. Ex-boss, I quit! No more working for you. Your just never
satisfied with me. Well, too bad now. I'm gonna live a happy, rich life
now. Sayonara sucker, and good luck finding a replacement!
(And prang left)
Rit: I didn't know he hated me that much.
(He mumbled and shrugged)

(In Kai's and Lita's condo)

Lita: Wake up, Kai. Eat breakfast.

Kai: I don't want to!

Lita: You need to look for a job.

Kai: I'm too lazy, give me another hour.

Lita: I made bacon and eggs.
(Kai got up fast)
Kai: Really? I'm up.
(They're at the table)
Lita: Here.

Kai: Where should I look first?

Lita: Go to companies looking for workers.

Kai: Okay, are you gonna go with me?

Lita: Go by yourself.

Kai: Come on.. please

Lita: Okay, whatever.

(Hours passed by. Kai and Lita looked everywhere. They finally went to a
car selling company)

Kai: This is gonna be the last place I'm coming to today.

Lita: Come on, let's go in.
(They went to the front office)

The operator: Can I help you?

Kai: Yeah. You guys posted up a sign, looking for a new secretary?

The operator: Yes we did. Fill this out. Then go wait over there until we
call for you.
(They went to sit on the chair. There were other people there too.)
Kai: What are you guys here for?
A girl: We are all here for the personal secretary job.

Back in Rit's office...
Rit: Prang, Could you give me a cup of coffee?
(No answer)
Rit: Oh yeah, I forgot. He quit.
(The phone rings)
Rit: Hello.
The Operator: Mr. ReungRit, do you want to start interviewing now?

Rit: Yeah, okay.
(Rit goes out to get a cup of coffee)

(In the Waiting room)

(Kai gets up, looking mad)
Lita: Kai, where are you going, sit back down.

Kai: They are taking too long!
(She walks over to the lady in the front office. Lita walks after her)
Kai: Are you guys gonna start interviewing soon or are we all gonna be waitng
here til next year?

The operator: We are. Could you please wait your turn.

Kai: I don't wanna wait anymore.
Lita: Kai, don't start any problems.
Kai: No, Lita. You are too nice sometimes.
(Kai starts arguing with the lady. Rit starts walking towards them)
Kai: Now where is your boss? What kind of person is he? Letting us wait
here for hours!

The operator: We are sorry for the inconvience, but could you please have a
seat.
(Now, Rit was in the back of Kai)
Lita: Uh, Kai, let's go back and sit. Come on, Kai?
Kai: No, Lita. I have to say something. Is your boss a person or is he some
kind of a turtle, making wait us wait here for so long.
Oh no, nevermind he's a slug. Yeah, your boss is slow like a slug! Ooh, if
I meant him....Where is your boss anyways?

The operator: Uh...um

Kai: Quit stuttering, where is he?
(Lita and the operator looks at Rit, behind Kai.)
Kai: What? what are you guys looking at?

Lita: Uh..

Kai: He's in the back of me isn't he?
(Lita and the operator nods their heads)
(Kai, turns around slowly)
(She saw him and smiles)

Rit: Where you asking for me?

Kai: Oh, no..What makes you think that?
(Rit looks mad)

Lita: Kai, I think we should go back and sit down.
(They both walked back to the waiting room)
Kai: Huh! Why didn't you tell me he was behind me?

Lita: I was trying to tell you.

Kai: I don't think I'm gonna get the job after this.

Lita: I told you not to cause any problems!

(At the Airport. A plane comes down, then Whanradah walks with out with her
luggage. She sees her father)

Whan: Daddy!

Whan's father: Whan!
(They hug)
Whan: I miss you daddy.
Whan's father: I miss you too. How long are you staying this time?

Whan: Long.

Whan's father: Good. Come on, let's go home now.
(They walk out together)

(Back in the waiting room. Visnook is walking and humming. Then he sees Kai
and Lita)

Visnook: Hey, they are those girls, I met last time.
(He walks over to them)
Visnook: Hi. We met before, member?

Kai: Yeah, hi.

Visnook: Hello
(He said to Lita)
Lita: Hi

Visnook: I forgot to ask you girls what your names were last time. My name
is Visnook.

Kai: I'm Kainika, but people just call me Kai.

Lita: My name is Chanlita, they call me Lita.

Visnook: Nice to meet you both. Oh yeah, what are you girls doing here
anyways?

Kai: Well, I came for an interview for the secretary job.

Visnook: Oh, my friend is hiring, I can tell him to pick you.

Kai: Is he the boss?

Visnook: Uh huh.

Kai: Then I don't think he would hire me, because I kind've talked bad about
him and he heard.

Visnook: Don't worry, I'll try to help you. I work here too, I'm a
carsalesman.

Kai: Oh really, cool. Where are you heading to right now?

Visnook: Oh, I'm about to go home right now.

Kai: Oh then I won't bother you any longer. See you later.

Visnook: Bye. See you later, Lita.

Lita: Bye.
(He leaves)
Lita: I think he likes you Kai.

Kai: Really?

Lita: Do you like him?

Kai: I don't know. I just barely met him twice.
(Lita looks sad)

(At Whan's house. Whan and her father are eating lunch at the table)

Whan's father: Whan, if you are gonna stay here long, I think you should have
your own car to drive to places.

Whan: That's a good idea, daddy. I'll just borrow one of yours.

Whan's father: Oh, but I was thinking about buying you a car, sweetie.

Whan: Really? Your so nice daddy!
(She kisses him)
Whan's father: I'll take you to buy one today.

Whan: Ok, thank you, daddy.

(Rit is in his office with someone he was interviewing)

Rit: Okay, We'll call you.

The girl he's interviewing: Okay, thank you.
(She leaves. Rit presses his intercom)
Rit: Chan, that's all the interviewing I'm doing today.I'm gonna go
downstairs and check to see if everything is going good, okay.
(He talks to the operator)
Chan: Okay.
(Rit leaves his office)

(Whan and her father are now looking at cars at Rit's company)

Whan's father: So, which one do you like, whan?

Whan: I don't know daddy. They're all nice.
(Rit walks over to them)
Rit:Can I help you?

Whan's father: I'm looking for a car for my daughter here.
(Whan smiles at Rit)
Whan: I don't know which one to choose, can you help me pick?

Rit: Sure.
(They walk around looking at cars. Whan keeps on staring at Rit, than the
cars)
Rit: How about something like this?
(He shows her a black bmw)
Whan: It's nice.

(In the waiting room. The operator walks over to the rest of the people
needed to be interviewed)

The operator: Okay, that's all we are interviewing for today. The rest of
you, please come back tommorrow.
(Kai gets up)
Kai: What?!? We waited all this time, just to be sent back home?

Lita: Come on Kai, we're gonna come tommorrow. Don't start anymore problems.

Kai: okay, Lita. But I'm telling you, the only reason I want this job, is
because it pays more than the other ones we went to ask about.
Lita: I wonder why all these other girls want the same job as you, too.

One girl: We want this job, because Mr. Reungrit, is very good looking and
they say he's nice.

Kai: Nice my ass. You saw how mad he was at me?

Lita: Come on Kai, let's go.

(Whan, her father, and Rit walks in the office to do the paperwork, just as
Kai and Lita walk out)

Whan's father: So do you really want that car?

Whan: If he says it's good, I like it too.
(She looks and smiles at Rit)
(Kai didn't look and she bumped right into Whan)
Whan: Ow! Watch were your walking.

Kai: Well, you should'nt have been standing in middle of the doorway like
that!

Whan: Your wrong and still arguing?

Lita: Come on, Kai, let's go. Don't cause any problems.

Kai: No, Lita we have to settle this.

Rit: Not you again. Do you have to cause problems with everyone?

Whan: What, she had problems with you too?
(Whan asks Rit)
Lita: Come on, Kai let's go.
(They leave)
Kai: Lita, if I didn't really want that job, I would have kicked that girl
and that slug guys asses.
(Lita shakes her head slowly and they get into Kai's car and drives home)

(Back in the office)

Rit: Just sign here and the car is yours.
(Whan signs a paper)
Rit: Thank you.

Whan: No, thank you. Oh yeah, what is your name anyway. We didn't quite
introduce eachother yet.

Rit: Oh, my name is Reungrit, I own this company.

Whan's father: Oh, your the owner, I thought you were a carsalesmen.

Rit: I do what I can to help the company.

Whan: Daddy, we were talking. And my name is Whanradah, you can call me
Whan.

Rit: Nice to meet you.

Whan: Likewise. And I think you know who my father is already.

Rit: Who wouldn't. Mr. Sinchai, the owner of many hotels and condos.

Whan's father: A pleasure meeting you, Mr. Reungrit.
(They shake hands. Then Rit and Whan shake hands too. Whan keeps smiling
and looking at Rit)
