Chapter 4

That night I knew I wasnt going to back out on what I was planning to do. My
heart was set and my anger was flarring inside out, my thoughts kept on
wandering to the violence that joni did to me. I couldnt get the scene out of
my mind,it made me cry everytime I thought about it.While packing I reached
for the picture of my family and traced my dads face with my fingertips tears
dropped onto the picture,I put it against my chest took a last look at my
room. "Father I promise you I will return and I wont make mom worry soo much
,please protect me...I love you." I started to cry , I put on a long black
shawl that hits to the ground inside I wore a Gucci top and a black leather
skirt. I walked out my room slowly closing the door behide me,I tried hard
not to make a sound as I reached the garden of angels I looked back at my
palace. A single tear fell onto my hand as I whispered..."Goodbye mom,goodbye
Burma,I love you. " With that I walked away into the darkness leaving the
palace as only a sweet memory of childhood and disapointments.

The next day ...

I reached bangkok and I knew I wasnt going to have any problems at all since
I did come here before at the age of 15. I remembered everything about this
place. I looked out the window as the bus pulled to the stop I got off and
went to get a taxi. I didnt want to rent a limo because that be like showing
off your money and I didnt want to make a scene. I knew where I was going to
pour my problems too to get my misery out. I felt my throat hardening and
hurting but I couldnt cry not here,not in public. I reached Nuchs house and
payed the taxi driver,he helped me with my bags. I walked up to the steps of
her house . It wasnt too big or too small it looked warm and nice to live in.
A single hair blew in my face I placed it behide my ear and rang the door
bell. A little girl came to the front door and looked at me all weird, "Hi
...ummm is this the Juckapong residents?" I smiled sweetly and bent down to
be the same height as her. "yeah...your pretty." she giggled and placed a
hand on the gate . "Thank you hunny you are too." It was the first time I
started feeling better I felt safe here.She opened the gate and let me inside
the house had a small garden in front with little carnations and a small pond
with lotus flowers floating in it. "Wow nice place ,its soo pretty." The
little girl tugged the end of my shawl and whispered to me, "its haunted
though!" she laughed and ran away. "Wait come back...ohh what now?" I turned
to see a woman middle aged with her hands on her waist looking at me like i
i'm some kind of burgular.

'what are you doing in here and who let you in huh!!!!!!!!!?" she ran to me ,
"wait khun naah kah I'm not what you think I am and this little girl let me
in, but please dont get mad at her she doesnt know anything." I smiled at her
she looked at me and examined me ,walking around me. "Wait I think I reconize
you arent you... I know your Khun Prissanna chai mai kah!!!?" she took my
hand , "it has to be you skin so smooth like a princess face so beautiful and
gentle." She starts to cry I looked at her confused . "OHHH wait why are you
crying khun nah please dont s,omebody might misunderstand that I did
something to you." I looked around and heard a voice shout from behide me.
"Heck yeah someone will misunderstand and that person is going to be me!!" A
tall guy with sharp bangs coming down to his face yelled at me pointing an
accusing finger. Shocked I walked to him the lady still crying on the floor,"
excuse me what did you just say? you think I would hurt some innocent old
lady in someone elses house? what do you thin I am some beast or something?"
He looked down at me and snikered . " Well if you say so by the way that you
dress ,you look like death walking to kill someone ,all in black and
everything."

"Look black happens to be very fashionable and I guess you wouldnt know by
the way you dress you can pass for a bum near the streets you dork!" His eyes
got big and angry he walked towards me and looked me right in the eyes. "What
did you just call me?" I laughed right in his face , "You heard me you bum
you good for nothing eude bum on the streets of bangkok ,taking up the
population of the earth and oxygen!!" I didnt realize I had offended him that
much. "Get out of my house diew nee you heared me out little witch!" He
pointed to the opened gate I looked at it and stood my ground and grinned . "
Make me!" He laughed " Ohh i'll make you alright come here!!" I ran towards
the house and he was chasing after me . He grabbed both of my arms and
dragged me to the gate. The lady came running to him and telling him to let
me go, "Khun Hugo kah please put khun prissanna down she didnt hurt me at
all , believe me I knew her since she was a baby." With that he put me down
and asked te lady how she knew me. I stood there with a mad expression,
suddenly a blue jaguar pulled up to the driveway and nuch stepped out. Amazed
and happy that I was there at her house she came running to me. She hugged me
and we both started to jump up and down in excitement. "Omg!!!! How did you
get here priss I missed you soo much ?" She smiled big , so did I but as soon
as I saw Hugo my smile faded. "Whats wrong? Ohhh let me introduce you guys,
this is hugo my brother and hugo this is my bestfriend prissanna princess of
Burma." We looked at eachother and pointed to eachother at the same time and
yelled. "what!!!!!" "Thats your brother?" I gasped " "thats your friend
whooops!!" He covered his mouth and looked guilty of how he treated me
before. "Did i miss something here or what?" nuch looked confused she looked
at me then hugo and then nah kwan the lady.

We walked into the house and sat down . "Nah kwan kah get some water for
priss please and oh for me too thanks." nah kwan went out,I didnt looked at
hugo after getting into the house I just faced nuch . "Soo.....what happened
huh care to share cuz sharing is caring right?" she giggled nervously because
of the silance that was building up between the three of us. I broke the
silence "Hey wheres your parents nuch on a bussiness trip again?" "Yeah their
in Singapore and they better get me something too ." We both laughed at the
same time and then she looked at hugo and slapped his arm. "Hey earth to hugo
soo what did you do to my priss here huh were you rude to her or something?"
He looked at me I rolled my eyes at him. "Well how am I suppoed to know she
was your friend I thought she was aaburgular hurting nah kwan thats all." I
gave him a mad look and said "I dont think it ended there nuch let me
continue please, not only he accused me of that he also called me a witch and
told me I should get out of the house and grabbed me by both of my arms too!!"

Nuch hit him again harder this time "how can you be so dumb to think priss is
a burgular she doesnt look like one she's soo gorgeous, your just peanut eyed
thats all hugo!" He got up and walked to the stairs, "Hey look prissanna I
appologize okay I didnt mean to hurt you at all I was just scared to see a
stranger in the house...my house you know." He gave me a cute smile I couldnt
help but forgive him but I didnt give in ,I just sat there looking away.
"Whatever hugo whatever!" Nuch answered it all for me by saying that. He
walked upstairs into his room, "Hey I gotta apologoze again for my bros
behavior dont be mad okay?" she bhugged me, "i'm not mad dont worruy about it
,its just that I have a lot of things on my mind right now." I rubbed my
forehead and closed my eyes. "Whats wrong you look so depressed girl tell
me." I started to feel sad again and I knew I couldnt held it in any longer
I let it spill all out. I fell to the floor and cried like I never cried
before. Shocked nuch rushes over and picks me up I placed my head on her
shoulder . She patted my back and comfort me , "Its going to be okay you just
tell me all about it."

Chapter 5

I slept in the guestroom it was beautifully decorated with pastel things
everywhere, "lets just say I was thinking about you when we did this room."
nuch smiled I spun around the room and hummed . "W ell somebody feels
better." "Well sort of I feel soo relieved from everything." she touched my
shoulder, "you cant run away from the problem forever, I think you should go
back to Burma." I looked at her confused and hurt in a way like she was
trying to get rid of me. "I know nuch but please can we just forget about
this for today and tomorrow." she nodded and left the room. It was quiet i
went to the bathroom and took a nice bubblebath. I laid in the tub thinking
about what nuch said and I knew she was right but I cant face the problem now
I just want to run and one day I'll stop running and face it but not now.
Just not now.

I went downstairs and found hugo in the living room watching tv,I turned
around to go back upstairs but he saw my shadow and thought it was nuch.
"HEY! nuch come here and watch this man he's sooo funny!" He laugfhs to
himself , "Ohh get me soda too will yah nah kwan is at the market right now.
I hesistated to go to the fridge but I did anyways, I handed him the soda he
didnt look up but said thanks. "Your welcome !" He looked up and sreamed "Oye
your not nuch!!" " Naw yah think look next time be smart and look who's
giving what to you cuz somebody can be plotting to poison you." He laughs and
looked at me adoringly ,"Like you huh you poison me?" I juss sat down and
grinned. "Maybe, maybe not you never know." He sighed ," Ahhh still pissed
about this afternoon huh?" I shrugged . "Hey look if your going to stay here
I dont want to start off all wrong or anything ok soo forgive me pls." His
eyes turned all sad and concerened. I couldnt figure out why he was sooo
worried that I wouldnt forgive him but I already did and he was cute
afterall. I felt vulnarable and I felt something warm inside when I'm around
him. He smiled , "Well I gotta get to sleep uhh goodnite hugo." I walked
upstairs and smiled to myself. "Cuz you were the girl in that magazine werent
you?" Hugo whispered to himself.

Chapter 6

"Nooo get away from me stop go away!!" I saw a foggy path lay ahead and I was
being grabbed by joni he was pushing me onto a bed and was going to rape me.
"Nooo!!!!!!! Please dont joni !!" I struggled hard and hit him in everyway I
could but he was too strong. He slapped me over and over I felt soar around
the side of my face. "NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!" I sat up screaming beads of seat on
my forehead,I looked around and was relieved to find I was in nuch house not
with joni and all that was a nightmare.

Next morning...

"Hey priss want some breakfast?" I smiled and shook my head and walked
outside to the garden. "Hey priss wussup are you okay ? you look pale." I
looked out into the street and thought of Burma and my mother. I felt my eyes
moistening I rubbed my eyes gently and turned to him. "Hugo would you ming if
I named this place garden of angels?" He walked to a carnation bush and
examined it. "Why angel though?" " Well cuz back at Burma I had this
beautiful garden of wild orchids and its called garden of angels ,I know you
dont plant orchids at your house but your garden is just as lovely as
mine,and I am kinda homesick sooo can I take care of this garden as a
substitute to the garden in Burma?" He got up and walked to me with a single
pink carnation in his hand. "Why not priss go for it." "Thanks!" I smiled ,he
moved closer to me and lifeted the carnation up and placed on my ear,the
delicate petals brushed against my cheek. I felt goosebumps, "Here keep this
you like pink right and you look kinda cute like that..." He walked back in
the house. I looked at him and smiled hugo nuchs brother, the guy I thought I
wouldnt have feelings for but now Im not so sure anymore.

"Im going to find her mother dont worry okay priss is not going anywhere far
she probably went to bangkok to stay with a friend." Joni was angry and my
mother was fainting over and over again just the thought of me disapearing.
"Ohh joni find her okay bring her back I'm soo worried about her." she
sniffed an insense. Joni walked to the the garden and bang his fist againts
the fountain, "damn it priss what the hell were you thinking!" He took a wild
orchid and looked at its petals , so beautiful and smooth, he crushed the
orchid and threw it to the floor. "Think you can escape me I'll find you
prissanna and I will have you as my wife..."
